Isuroon’s MNsure Program plays a vital role in connecting with and educating uninsured individuals in Minnesota on the importance of acquiring health insurance. By raising awareness about the various options available for obtaining coverage through MNsure, the program aims to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their healthcare needs. Our dedicated staff also specializes in facilitating the development of educational materials and training sessions for members of minority communities. Through these initiatives, we foster a more inclusive and accessible healthcare system, enabling individuals and families to easily access the enrollment assistance they require.
Services Offered by Isuroon's MNsure Program:
Assist with applications and renewals in Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare, and qualified health plans
Help clients understand the value of continuous health insurance through relatable examples
Provide in-person and over-the-phone assistance for enrollment
Conduct outreach and education activities in the community
Connect with and educate uninsured individuals about the importance of health insurance
Follow CDC and MDH guidelines for in-person assistance
To ensure the program’s reach extends far and wide, Isuroon conducts extensive outreach and educational activities within the community. Our in-person assistance services adhere strictly to the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) to prioritize the safety and well-being of both our staff and clients. In situations where in-person interactions are not feasible, we offer convenient over-the-phone assistance to cater to the needs of all individuals seeking our support.
